| The CUMC Middle School Youth Group meets at 7:15 on Wednesday evenings for an hour for discipleship. During this time we explore some area of our faith and have a lot of fun doing it! Whether we're looking at a particular theme or dissecting a specific story, the kids are encouraged to dig into the Bible to hear God's Word from the source. We have a great time using things like video clips or real life stories to help relate to lessons, and we definitely enjoy the occasional pixie stik or games as well! The Youth Group also meets at other times for special fun events, like Wii Nights or a Pumpkin Carving Contest, or for fundraisers or service projects! So if you're in 6-8th grade and want something other than homework to do in the evenings, come hang out with us on Wedneday and get to know us all and deepen your relationship with Christ! |
