The pastor and administrative council chairperson will consult to canceling any church services or church wide activities. Announcement will be called into Wood Radio AM & FM, Wood TV 8, WZZM 13 and News Channel 3 at least two hours prior to start time of service or church wide activities (length of time would be less for tornado warning). Congregation is to be informed of this policy by newsletters, announcements in church, bulletins and web site.

It will be the responsibility of organizations, group, and/or committees to cancel their own meetings/activities by either phone or computer fan out system after consulting with the pastor. Listing of organizations, groups, and/or committees is for example only and not meant to be inclusive: Men's Group, Bells, Choir, Youth Group, SPRC and administrative council.

1. If a tornado watch is in effect, services and/or church wide activities will continue.
2. If a tornado warning is in effect, all services and church wide activities will be cancelled until warning is over.
